If you are still unsure about the content or quality of a product just give us a call and someone will have either seen or read it and can advise you honestly. If you cannot find an item on the website the same applies, but it could be that we view the product as disappointing and as such would prefer you not to order it and then be frustrated over your purchase, so we will not list any such items on our website. We trust you agree with this decision.
All items are securely packaged to arrive in first class condition using the Post Office as so many people seem to have problems with couriers either leaving things out in the rain or just dropping you a card to say they can only deliver in normal working hours which is inconvenient for many of you we know.
A reminder that all orders are sent out POST FREE the only exception is for books only to locations outside of the UK, where we will add the 15% contribution to the carriage by SURFACE MAIL to your order. If you would like AIR MAIL be warned it often works out to be around 35% of the value of the book. ALL DVDs will be sent POST FREE the VAT is claimed back if you are resident outside of the European Union, this is used to pay for your postage by AIR MAIL. |
